As the founder of Modern Tides, she helps solopreneurs, mission-driven leaders, and deep-feeling humans unravel subconscious patterns, release the burnout loops that keep them stuck, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her approach blends somatic awareness, mindset coaching, and Natural Law principles, helping clients find clarity, confidence, and freedom by aligning with their truth.
Before founding Modern Tides, Monica held leadership roles at Intel, Apple, and Capital Group. Today, she integrates that corporate background with somatic coaching to create spaces where people shed what no longer serves them and step into new ways of being that feel grounded, aligned, and real.
Monica lives in Colorado with her family and returns often to the ocean – her reminder that freedom is found in surrender and flow.
